The effort to enhance our coffee experience includes but are not limited to: the origin of the beans, the harvest, the process, the trade, the specific roasting method, and skilled brewing. Third wave coffee features quality beans, selection and profiling coffee beans to suite taste and brewing methods, direct trade, relationship with local coffee farms, lighter roasts, and coffee art.
